- This role will oversee Alla Vita, BOKA, and GG's Chicken Shop, and will be a combination of base pay + commission, with an estimated overall salary total of 60-65k

Schedule :
Tuesday through Saturday, 10 : 00am – 6 : 00pm, with the understanding that your schedule could change based on the event schedule.Events Sales Coordinator's Responsibilities :
Providing administrative support for the Event Sales Manager including but not limited to Banquet Event Order and contract creation, menu printing, calendar updating, etc.Receiving & responding to small scale event inquiries and conducting all correspondence with prospective and confirmed clients as assigned by Event Sales ManagerOverseeing and managing events on site as assigned by Event Sales ManagerArranging and coordinating any third-party vendors needed for eventsAuditing Open Table & Tripleseat to make sure all event information is correct across both platforms (we will train how to use both programs!)Ensure timely follow-up with clients including Thank You’s and outreach for repeat business.Closing the events and collecting final payment from clients.Update menus on Indesign (we will train you on how to use this program!!!)Participating in weekly BEO meetings to review all pertinent details regarding all up-coming events and catering at the related entities.Involving yourself in developing and creating specialty items pertaining to each event, such as the printing of any menus and place-cards, along with any other details designed to make the event completely unique.This role will oversee Alla Vita, BOKA, and GG's Chicken Shop, and will be a combination of base pay + commission, with an estimated overall salary total of 60-65kQualifications :

Physical Requirements :
