It is a fast paced and physically demanding position All other duties as assigned Stand entire shift on concrete and / or elevated platform Lifting, pulling, pushing, or carry up to 60 lbs. for knife positions and 100 lbs. for non-knife positions on occasion Tolerate repetitive motion using your hands / wrist / arm / torso and legs Will be required to use the proper equipment to trim, debone, skin meat product. Willing to wear necessary personal protective equipment such has hardhat, steel-toed-boots, gloves, etc. Must be willing to work with sharp knives, some power equipment and / or saws Ability to work in cold / damp indoor working conditions Must be able to work at a steady pace Climbing occasionally Stooping occasionally Crouching occasionally Standing for 8 or more hours per day Walking frequently Pushing frequently Pulling frequently Gasping frequently Repetitive motions frequently Lifting : 0 – 100#

JOB SUMMARY :
Fabrication Production worker will work directly on a production line to ensure a product is de-boned, trimmed or cut to customer specifications. They will be responsible for being an example to other team members using a continuous improvement mentality and will work to perpetuate a “Creekstone Proud” culture through attitude and actions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Position requires individual to cut, trim, fabricate and package beef products in a production line setting.
- Processing will involve use of a knife and hook to bone out or trim large pieces of product or may involve the
use of powered equipment such as saws or wizard knives.
