Automotive Quality Manager

Nesco is hiring an experienced Quality Manager for a direct hire role for a manufacturing facility in Spartanburg. Experience in Automotive is a plus!

Description :

• Work with Senior management to establish strategies to reach business goals
• Comply with 6S and other company policies
• Aware of company and customer quality concerns
• Perform HR related functions
• Established annual quality budget and manage department in accordance
• Establish quality goals with top management
• Review and make final approval on audit and report results
• Perform process and system audits
• Facilitate APQP process to ensure full involvement of team members
• Ensure company remains in compliance
• Participate in customer and sorting negotiations regarding quality
• Analyze departmental metrics
• Facilitate continual improvement
