Create, develop, and integrate new processes and instructions for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvements.
Maintain a service log for workflow errors.
Ensure scheduled workflow jobs process timely and accurately.
Develop and maintain department instructions and check-off sheets for daily and monthly functions.
Post business reports timely and accurately.
Respond to high-priority requests for document assistance via phone and email.
Provide technical support for enterprise workflow and RPA issues.
Deliver exceptional service to members, volunteers, team members, and service providers.
Uphold department service standards.
Contact vendors for system support and maintenance.
Review user creation, deletion, and modification daily for automation systems.
Set up and maintain user security for workflow and RPA platforms.
Ensure proper encryption of data exchanged with outside vendors.
Other Functions
Maintain technical skills to support current and future hardware and software needs.
