A company is looking for a Senior Change Management & Communications Specialist - Supply Chain & Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute structured change management strategies to ensure business readiness and adoption
Craft executive and employee communications that articulate the vision and value of transformation programs
Build and sustain a network of change champions to reinforce transformation goals and facilitate workshops
Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, or transformation management
Demonstrated success managing large-scale change initiatives within Supply Chain or Procurement environments
PROSCI or equivalent change management certification preferred
Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
