We are looking for an insurance agent who is looking to take the next step up in their career. Mt. Carmel Insurance is the primary insurance agency for all of Phil Long's 13 dealerships locations! That's a lot of auto insurance needed, and we need your help to cover our customers' needs. This is an incredible opportunity to not only have unlimited leads on sales, but to be part of something bigger than just an insurance agency. Mt. Carmel Insurance is an independent insurance brokerage that writes and services commercial and personal insurance products with the large number of companies we can write for. Our brokers are a one-stop shop for our clients while providing top-of-the-line service for the best price possible.

Your role as a Insurance Broker

As a Full Time Insurance Broker at Mt. Carmel Insurance Agency, you will engage in writing, selling, and servicing personal lines policies while providing top-of-the-line, friendly customer service. You'll adopt a customer-focused mindset to review and educate clients about their options for new business and renewals, ensuring they are fully informed and confident in their decisions. By actively reaching out to employees, customers, and referrals, you'll schedule appointments and gather necessary personal information for accurate quoting.

Maintaining precise customer records through our automated systems is essential, as is staying updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in products to provide the most effective advice. Your role will be pivotal in developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and Phil Long employees through consistent follow-up and exceptional service, contributing to an environment that values innovation and customer-centricity.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Full Time Insurance Broker at Phil Long Dealerships, a current Colorado Property and Casualty License is essential. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in selling personal lines policies, along with a solid understanding of the documentation flow and agency practices. A strong client-centric approach is vital; you'll need to go the extra mile to ensure our clients feel valued and well-cared-for. Additionally, a high level of problem-solving abilities is crucial, enabling you to navigate client challenges effectively.
