Overview : Sterile Processing Logistics Program Mgr is responsible for collaborating with clinic managers and surgical specialty team leaders to assess, purchase and implement new instrumentation for patient use. Responsibilities :

• Establishes and oversees ordering processes and management of surgical instruments and scope inventory.
• Consistently provides clear, closed-loop communication with key stakeholders.
• Contributes to ongoing culture of safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitors and forecasts OR instrument and scope budget.
• Coordinates Sterile Processing staff on a weekly basis Provides leadership for sterile processing staff promoting successful accomplishment of division and organizational goals.

Starting Pay Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $32.70 / hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work / Work from Home This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children's Mercy locations and may not work from home.
