Job Title :  1st Shift Injection Molding Operator

Job Type : Full-Time

Shift :  1st Shift (6 : 00AM-4 : 00PM) Monday-Thursday

Job Summary :

As a 1st Shift Injection Molding Operator, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate injection molding machines
  • Inspect molded parts for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Record production data and complete necessary documentation
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Assist with line clearance and clean-up procedures
  • Communicate any production or equipment issues to supervisors

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in injection molding or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
