The Position : We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our family of pet-centric creatives. In this role, you’ll help keep projects and processes running smoothly across the marketing dept through e-commerce, packaging, web and brand initiatives. You’ll collaborate with the VP of Marketing, Social Media Managers, and the Webmaster to support campaigns, optimize workflows, and ensure timely execution of key priorities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration with opportunities to contribute directly to the creative process.

What You’ll Do : Work with Social Media Managers to plan, pack, and ship influencer kits for branded campaigns.
Assist the production team with photo and video shoots, including preparation, on-set coordination, and supporting post-production needs.
Partner with the Webmaster to implement e-commerce email advertising programs and campaigns.
Conduct regular competitive checks to ensure e-commerce product pages remain relevant and optimized.
Develop and implement a project management system to streamline workflows for the multi-function marketing and packaging team.
Serve as a liaison between the VP of Marketing and other departments to drive projects forward.
Provide administrative support for the VP of Marketing, including coordinating catering and event / production spaces for commercial shoots, ordering office supplies, preparing expense reports, and organizing merch rooms.
Contribute to team efforts by taking on additional tasks as needed.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or e-commerce support
2+ years experience with project planning tools (e.g., Wrike)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, or email campaign tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus
Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) is a plus
Photography experience with DSLR / Mirrorless cameras is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Creative thinker with a proactive, get-it-done mentality
Location This position will be based in Huntsville, AL in our downtown marketing office. Some travel may be required for marketing production.
