Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med Surg position requiring a MO or compact RN license and at least 2 years of recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

\n

  • Position is in the Med Surg unit in an acute care setting
  • Day shift, three 12-hour shifts per week (7a-7p) for a total of 36 hours per week
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Uses Meditech charting system
  • Focus on providing direct patient care to a variety of medical-surgical patients
  • Securing housing independently is highly recommended due to local availability challenges
  • Cancellation policy allows the client to cancel 1 shift per 4 weeks

    Requirements

    \n

  • Active MO or compact RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years Med Surg nursing experience
  • Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
