Physical Therapist

Join a growing, therapist-owned outpatient clinic and help deliver quality, one-on-one care to a diverse patient population.

An established clinic in Independence, MO, open for 2.5 years, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their team. This is a collaborative, patient-first environment where you'll work alongside the PT-owner and a part-time PTA.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive salary up to $90,000 annually based on experience
• New grads typically start around $70,000
• Monthly performance-based bonuses
• Student loan repayment : $100 / month in year one, increasing annually
• Unlimited CEU access (MedBridge + external reimbursement if clinically relevant)
