Yacub Law is seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Business Immigration Attorney to join our team.
Requirements :
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of four years of experience in the following areas :
- National Interest Waivers (NIW)
- PERM Labor Certifications
- EB-5 Investor Visas
- E-1 and E-2 Treaty Trader / Investor Visas
- L-1A and L-1B Intracompany Transferee Visas
- O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visas
- H-1B Specialty Occupation Visas
- H-2A and H-2B Temporary Worker Visas
