Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop engaging online courses and instructional materials.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with faculty to design and develop competency-based online courses and instructional materials

Provide training and technical support to faculty and students on educational technologies and instructional design best practices

Conduct quality assurance reviews of courses to evaluate accessibility and effectiveness of course content

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum Design, or a related field

2+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning within higher education or corporate settings

Formal training or certification in UX / UI design and / or usability testing is highly desirable

Proficiency in instructional design theories and learning management systems

Experience with multimedia production and graphic design techniques
