Responsibilities :

  • Accurately manage a firearms log that is in compliance with all Federal laws and State Laws
  • Efficiently manage all receiving and shipments of firearms
  • Check and log 4473 forms daily
  • Maintain a highly efficient and organized back stock
  • Work with local groups processing banquet guns
  • Train associates on proper 4473 procedures and maintain strict standards
  • Perform monthly gun reconciliations while complying with internal audits
  • Provide world class customer service by smiling and greeting all customers
  • Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price and use of merchandise
  • Assist all customer inquiries regarding status of repair and special order firearms
  • Attend required product meetings
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • Demonstrate multitasking, organization, attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Publisher, Excel and Google Docs
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete basic mathematical equations
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

  • Education & Experience : The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Wage : Starting at $19-$23 / hour.

    Physical Requirements / Lifting Requirements : Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push / pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Heavy work Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
