Gas Power Plant Project Equipment Delivery Leader
On-time delivery of equipment is a crucial customer satisfaction element of a Gas Power Plant project. In this role, you will serve as the team leader for several MSD Fulfillment Leaders in ensuring on-time delivery and continuous improvement for key project equipment in support of project execution requirements. The role will include both short term tactical and long-term strategic elements to ensure on time delivery from suppliers to project sites with optimized execution costs and minimal cost exposures and / or over-runs.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Tactical Execution
Lead execution related responsibilities with assigned MSD Fulfillment Leaders. Engage with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Commodity Leaders, Buyers, Suppliers, SQE's, Logistics, PSM and IPM Teams.
Support and lead operating routines to identify and resolve issues which will delay delivery such as :
Support detailed action plans to address escalated items impacting site / contract delivery / LDs and lead recovery actions for critical capacity / throughput disruptions at suppliers.
Continuous Improvement
Using Problem Solving and Lean Tools, lead cross-functional teams and partner with our Strategic Fulfillment Leaders in identifying systemic causes of delivery delays and implementing long term improvement actions.

The base pay range for this position is $125,000.00 - $166,700.00 - $208,300.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15% annual bonus.
