In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws , including corporate and individual taxation. ? Strong experience with tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSeries, QuickBooks, or similar). ? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills ? Strong communication and client service abilities. ? Ability to work independently and in a team environment ? Experience in tax controversy, IRS representation, or international taxation is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Tax Consultant , you will :
- Provide expert tax consulting services to corporations, small businesses, and high-net-worth individuals
- Prepare, review, and file complex tax returns (corporate, partnership, individual, estate, and nonprofit).
- Conduct tax research and analysis to develop strategic tax planning opportunities.
- Advise clients on tax-saving strategies, compliance issues, and risk mitigation
- Assist in IRS audits, appeals, and tax dispute resolution
- Stay up to date with federal, state, and international tax regulations and inform clients of key changes.
- Collaborate with accounting and legal teams to ensure holistic financial and tax planning
- Mentor junior tax consultants and assist in business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
We're looking for someone who has :
CPA, EA, or Tax Attorney certification (required).
