A company is looking for an Underwriter III - Non-Delegated Mortgage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage individual pipeline by completing Conventional loans and conducting Underwriting Reviews within established turn times

Identify document deficiencies and request additional information from clients as needed

Assist other personnel in interpreting underwriting guidelines and provide updates on loan status

Required Qualifications

Encompass LOS experience preferred

Project management experience preferred

Loan quality and risk management experience

Knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC guidelines

Proficiency with automated underwriting systems such as Desktop Underwriter and Loan Product Advisor
