Finance Director Business Partner

The position of Finance Director Business Partner supports the Informatics business segment to achieve its objectives of sustainable growth and profitability. The role is a key member of the team and will work closely with the VP of Informatics, Strategy and Growth leader, Portfolio managers and senior managers across the Segment, Waters Division and cross functional teams. The role is critical in the development of financial, strategic and growth objectives aimed to provide long term profitable growth for the company and takes a lead financial role supporting the group.

Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Strategy

• Serve as the primary finance liaison for the Informatics software leadership.
• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven financial analysis and insight.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales leaders to evaluate business performance, pricing models, business cases and investment opportunities.
• Lead long-term financial planning aligned with the division's growth objectives.
