As the Inside Sales Representative , you will sell products and / or services to customers and function as their primary point of contact, focusing on ongoing customer satisfaction, retention, and growing business. Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers through ongoing client contact and support. Close sales within the region, defined by geographic area, industry, or product / service group. Respond to customer inquiries and offer guidance on appropriate products and services. Execute sales strategy, generate sales reports, and identify opportunities to increase sales volume while ensuring service levels are met.
Salary Range : $55,000 - $75,000

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
