Location : University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum
Weekly Schedule : Monday-Friday, between 2 : 00PM-6PM and Weekend Hours : between 10 : 00AM-2 : 00PM. Total hours not to exceed 14 hours per week, specific scheduling may vary based on availability and operational needs.
The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum seeks a casual Information Technology Support Technician to join our Information Technology department. This position helps create accessible
and engaging environments across the Arboretum by delivering reliable, responsive technology solutions that support staff, guest experiences, and public programming. From onboarding new
employees to troubleshooting technical challenges and enhancing experiences, the Technician plays a key role in ensuring great technology service with a focus on customer care.
This position is located at the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in Chaska, MN. This position is primarily onsite at the Arboretum's Chaska Campus. Hybrid options may be
considered based on responsibilities, seasonality, and team needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Computer and Audio / Visual Equipment Support (50%)

The University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum is a community outreach unit of the College of Food, Agriculture and Natural Resource Sciences. The Arboretum is located west of
Minneapolis / St Paul and its 1,200 acres traverse the municipalities of Chaska, Chanhassen and Victoria. As a member of the American Public Garden Association and an accredited museum

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range : $25.39 - $26.50 ; depending on education / qualifications / experience.
