We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Document Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that all company documentswhether contracts, reports, or technical materials are accurate, clear, and compliant with our high standards. Your keen eye for detail will help us maintain consistency and quality across all our communications.

What You'll Do :

Review and proofread various company documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Collaborate with different departments to clarify content and resolve discrepancies

Suggest improvements to enhance clarity, tone, and effectiveness of documents

Maintain organized records of reviewed documents for easy reference

What Were Looking For :

Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Familiarity with document management software is a plus

Good communication skills to liaise with team members across departments

Previous experience in document review, editing, or a related field preferred but not required
