Diesel Mechanic Benefits :

  • Up to $60 per hour, depending on experience
  • Shift differential pay for the second shift

Add $3 per hour for C-techs

  • Add $4 per hour for B-techs
  • Add $5 per hour for A-techs
  • Add $6 per hour for master techs
  • Option to work 4 ten-hour shifts
  • $200 quarterly tool allowance
  • $250 annual safety shoe program

    • Diesel Mechanic Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on mechanic experience and on-the-job technician training in a related mechanical field graduate of vocational courses or equivalent diesel mechanic experience and training
  • Diesel mechanic with experience in a truck dealership is preferred, but not required
  • A / C and brake experience
  • CAT engine experience preferred, but not required
  • MX engine experience preferred
  • Cummins engine experience preferred
  • Electrical experience
  • Necessary tools to perform position responsibilities
  • Diesel Mechanic with CDL preferred, but not required
