We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality pool care and takes pride in maintaining pristine, swim-ready environments.

You should have hands-on experience with routine pool servicing, including water chemistry, cleaning techniques, and basic maintenance. We're looking for someone who can work independently, manage a regular service route, and represent our brand with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Regular Maintenance

You'll perform weekly pool cleaning, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and basket emptying

You'll test and balance water chemistry, adding appropriate chemicals to maintain safe, clear water

You'll conduct basic equipment inspections and report any repair needs to our specialized repair team

You'll build relationships with homeowners and address any concerns about their pool's condition

You'll keep accurate service records for each property you maintain

You'll efficiently manage your assigned route to service all pools on schedule
