Job Description

As a Security Officer - Healthcare Desk Specialist in Basking Ridge, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and patients. You will monitor access, check credentials, and provide assistance with a welcoming attitude, helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and professionalism. This role involves strong customer service and communication skills, as you support a caring environment while upholding Allied Universal's values of integrity, teamwork, and people-first culture. Your ability to use technology and maintain a calm, reliable demeanor will contribute to a positive experience for everyone entering the facility.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
