Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professional polish, discretion, and the ability to operate seamlessly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the CEO's right-hand, managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, and communications while ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Serve as a trusted liaison with internal teams, board members, investors, and other external stakeholders.
- Anticipate and prepare for meetings, presentations, and strategic engagements, ensuring the CEO is always fully briefed.
- Plan and execute high-profile events such as board meetings and strategy sessions.
- Provide limited personal support while maintaining the utmost discretion.
- Organize and manage logistics for board and committee meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on cross-functional initiatives and projects.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required7 + years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership within professional servicesProven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and accuracy.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong business acumen.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Experience supporting board activities or executive committees is a plus.Additional Details :
