We are seeking a compassionate and skilled mental health professional to provide clinical services within a secure facility. This role involves conducting screenings, assessments, and interventions for individuals with mental health needs. The clinician will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and ensure services are delivered in alignment with licensing standards, clinical policies, and organizational protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct mental health screenings and risk assessments, including suicide watch assessments, within the scope of licensure and in consultation with independently licensed professionals as required

Provide individual and group clinical interventions according to the treatment plan and supervision directives

Deliver psychosocial group interventions as identified in treatment plans

Serve as a mental health liaison for an assigned caseload, monitoring progress and updating goals

Complete psychosocial assessments, discharge summaries, and transfer documentation

Consult with staff regarding individuals’ adjustment and service needs

Coordinate with families and community agencies to support continuity of care

Document all interactions and services in compliance with clinical standards and policy

Participate in supervision, interdisciplinary team meetings, and professional development training

Minimum Qualifications :

Active Ohio LSW (Licensed Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)

Qualified to conduct clinical screenings and risk assessments within licensure scope

Experience providing both individual and group mental health interventions

Familiarity with treatment planning and clinical documentation

Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary mental health team

Comfortable working within a secure or correctional environment

Strong communication, documentation, and case management skills
