Salary : $85,000 – $90,000 (based on experience) + annual discretionary bonus

Location : 100% on-site at our Ladera Ranch, CA headquarters

As a Senior HR Generalist , you will report directly to the Director of People & Culture and serve as a trusted partner for our teams across multiple regions. You'll handle a variety of HR functions — from onboarding to compliance — while helping us create an outstanding employee experience at every stage of the journey.

What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to manage offers, background checks, and onboarding.
• Administer leaves of absence, workers' comp, and employee terminations with care and accuracy.
• Serve as the go-to HR contact for employees and leaders in your assigned region(s).
• Provide guidance to Regional and District Managers on all HR matters.
• Manage unemployment claims, workers' comp documentation, and compliance reporting.
• Keep HR systems (ADP Workforce Now) accurate and up to date, working closely with Payroll and Accounting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, and recommend best practices.
• Champion our company values and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
