Job Description :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Operations Scheduler to join our client's growing team. This role is responsible for coordinating field service operations, managing communication between customers and field partners, and supporting the overall success of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience , a strong ability to manage scheduling and resources, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in HVAC or working with field technicians is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Schedule and coordinate field partners and equipment based on project needs, availability, and skill set
  • Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any service concerns
  • Enter and maintain accurate project and work order details in the Salesforce work order system
  • Set up new service contracts and issue purchase orders to field partners as needed
  • Review and process project paperwork and forward to appropriate Account Managers or customers
  • Prepare and send quotes for pricing requests
  • Coordinate with Parts Acquisition team for operational needs
  • Generate and interpret operational reports
  • Investigate and respond to customer concerns and special requests
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows and operational processes
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed

Qualifications : Required :

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in operations or service coordination
  • Experience scheduling and managing field resources
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with work order systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong relationship-building and conflict management skills
  • Analytical and process-driven mindset
  • Preferred :

  • Experience in the HVAC industry
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM / work order systems
  • Education :

  • One-year certificate from college or technical school OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
