We are Hiring

We are hiring an HVAC Service Technician - Oil Technician to be part of our residential team. Someone with exceptional experience troubleshooting and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

  • Job Title : HVAC Service Technician - Oil Technician
  • Pay Rate : $27.00 to $44.00 + per hour. We pay based on experience and capabilities
  • Work Hours : 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm
  • Work Schedule : Monday through Friday

    • What You Will Be Doing

  • Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
  • Working with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
  • Propane and electric heating / air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
  • Experience service / maintenance / troubleshooting / repairing a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Consulting with and educating homeowners on systems and products
  • Ability to contact tech support with diagnostic questions
  • Daily use of tablet

    • Qualifications / Skills

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 5+ years of HVAC experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • MA Oil license
  • Experience consulting customers with repair and replace decisions
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate from a HVAC Technical School desired
