Position Summary
Join the dynamic team at HFW Companies as an Unanet ERP Administrator and be part of our rapidly growing network of firms! The ERP Administrator is a newly created position, reporting to the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, and is crucial in supporting our ever-expanding portfolio of Architecture and Engineering firms. This role focuses on facilitating ERP transitions and implementations, improving coordination, and enhancing system efficiencies. The administrator provides technical, functional, and analytical support to end users, assists in developing standard and customized reports, and manages all testing, configuration, and changes within the ERP system.
The ERP Administrator oversees the process of onboarding firms into Unanet (ERP) from their systems, continuously seeking ways to improve the onboarding process by setting standard procedures. The administrator works with multiple small groups and 3rd party consultants simultaneously, and interacts with firms at various onboarding phases, requiring adaptability to tailor interactions accordingly.

Essential Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree (B. A.) in IT, business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent; and minimum of 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience managing large amounts of data, schedules, and outcomes to keep track of projects effectively.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to author reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software; spreadsheet software; and ERP database software.
Job holder is expected to travel on occasion for introductory meetings, member firm touch base meetings and possible on-site member firm assistance.
