Position Overview
As a Maintenance Technician on our second shift team, you will play a vital role in keeping our facilities and equipment running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our manufacturing areas, equipment, and infrastructure—ensuring we meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on position that directly supports our ability to deliver products that make a global impact on health and wellness.
Second Shift : Monday - Thursday, 2 : 15pm to 12 : 45am
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90-day Introductory Period!
Pay : $26.39 - 30.17 / hr, depending on qualifications
What You’ll Do :
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be essential to ensuring our facility and equipment operate at peak performance. In this role, you will :
Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and critical infrastructure.
Drive preventative maintenance efforts, completing daily, weekly, and monthly logs with accuracy and consistency.
Oversee facility upkeep, including HVAC systems, temperature controls, dust collection, plumbing, electrical, and air compressors.
Safely operate power tools and hand tools to complete repairs and improvements.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all safety regulations.
Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready workspaces that support operational excellence.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to streamline processes and enhance reliability.
Take ownership of additional responsibilities as assigned to support the success of the team and facility.
What We're Looking For :
High school diploma or GED required; technical trade school or equivalent training preferred.
1+ years of experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and electronics (preferred).
1+ years of facility and / or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Hands-on experience with HVAC systems strongly desired.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
