If you have a solid background in automotive mechanics and strong administrative skills, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a skilled Automotive Warranty Claims professional in the Carrollton, TX area to take charge of processing and managing warranty claims in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for opening, filing, and tracking claims, handling call volume, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on pending cases. You’ll also use your automotive knowledge to review and diagnose engine and transmission issues, working closely with technicians and managers to capture all necessary details. Strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook will be key to your success.

Requirements :

• Recent mechanical and automotive experience, with knowledge of engine diagnostics
• Strong administrative and clerical skills, including handling high call volume and detailed documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Hours : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM- 5 : 00 PM

Benefits :

Compensation : $25.00 - $30.00 / Hourly
