Epic Referrals Analyst – Patient Access Project
Position Type : Full-Time Contract (3 months initial; planned 1-year extension)

Overview
We are seeking an Epic Referrals Analyst to support the Patient Access Project . This resource will be responsible for building and maintaining referral workflows to ensure smooth provider-to-provider and internal / external referral processes.
Responsibilities
Configure and optimize Epic Referrals workflows .
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to capture referral requirements.
Ensure integration with Cadence scheduling and MyChart patient-facing workflows.
Troubleshoot referral build issues and resolve errors.
Support end-user testing and training.
Requirements
Qualifications
Epic Referrals Certification (required).
Hands-on experience with referral workflow build and support.
Familiarity with integration to scheduling and patient portal functionality.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
