We’re on the hunt for our next Intake and Orientation Specialist. From welcoming participants and guiding them through orientation, to ensuring spotless data entry and resolving barriers on the spot, this individual will be the organizational heartbeat that keeps everything flowing smoothly. You’ll own the details, from verifying referrals and intake screening to coordinating calendars and upholding data integrity—all while making every client feel seen, supported, and set up for success from the moment they walk in.
The Awesome Things You’ll Do
- Coordinates the day-to-day operations and flow of participants during intake.
- Facilitates and conducts orientation sessions for participants.
- Monitors and reviews entry of customer activities and progress notes into Salesforce and Funders Database Platforms
- Troubleshoots and provides solutions to clients’ inquiries, challenges and barriers during intake process and when issues presented to the front desk staff
- Administers the initial screening for participants to determine tiered level of assessment and initial service delivery.
- Review and annotate daily referral data from SEAMS to verify clients were referred and process photo IDs and directs clients to orientation area.
- Make copies of clients’ documents and ensure that clients complete and sign required forms.
- Enters clients’ demographic information in GW Tracking and generates initial calendars with testing, intake, orientation and initial case management appointments.
- Posts FTC infractions and FTR infractions for direct referrals.
- Responsible for submitting / reporting accurate participant attendance information
- Responsible for participant data integrity
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management on an as-needed basis.
