Investigations Specialist

A company is looking for an Investigations Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses for service of process

Communicate investigation findings to customers and co-workers

Answer investigations-related phone calls and emails

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience required

Experience in an office environment and / or customer-facing position preferred

Ability to work remotely with a strong work ethic

Reliable and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality

Technical savvy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
