The Digital Editor / Producer is a hybrid creative responsible for developing, producing, and editing short-form video content across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and Connected TV (CTV) platforms. This role takes projects from concept to final delivery, combining creative storytelling with data-driven optimization. Candidates should be fluent in modern social storytelling, editing for mobile-first formats, and leveraging AI-powered post-production tools for faster, smarter workflows. The Digital Editor / Producer is ideal for a nimble content creator who understands the evolving digital landscape and how to make performance-driven video that converts.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Produce and edit digital-first video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV campaigns, including short ads, promos, testimonials, and UGC-style content
- The Digital Editor / Producer will work with Creative and Strategy teams to ensure content meets brand and campaign goals
- Collaborate on platform-optimized scripts and visual concepts tailored for scroll-stopping, vertical-first formats
- The Digital Editor / Producer will shoot video and still content as needed for digital campaigns
- Stay on top of trends, formats, and best practices on TikTok, Reels, and emerging social platforms (aspect ratios, safe zones, durations)
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., HeyGne, ElevenLabs, Runway, Descript, Adobe Sensei, etc.) to accelerate editing, captioning, scripting, or localization
- The Digital Editor / Producer Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, and Post teams to align KPIs, messaging, and media placement across CTV and performance campaigns
- The Digital Editor / Producer will organize and maintain video asset libraries and templates for re-use and scaling : raw footage, project files, b-roll, graphics, and logos

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Multimedia Design, or a related field preferred5+ years of experience producing and editing social-first content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and / or CTV platformsProven experience creating content for paid social or programmatic video campaignsPortfolio must showcase scroll-stopping edits, viral hooks, and CTV-ready assetsStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere (required); working knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects preferredAbility to implement generative AI tools for content creation and post-production enhancementsDemonstrated ability to multitask and produce creative, quality product under tight deadline pressure is essential and requiredExceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesEOE, DFWP
