C Shift - 12 hr. Nights

• Daily cleaning and logging of all assigned duties on log book.
• Daily cleaning of all facility restrooms, to include cleaning of lavatories, toilets, shower and moping of floors. Fill paper towel, toilet paper dispenser, soap and sanitizer.
• Daily cleaning of shoe sanitizing areas, refilling sanitizing mats and hand sanitizer stations.
• Daily cleaning and restocking of hair net and ear plug stations.
• Daily cleaning of Canteen, emptying waste cans, sweeping and mopping, wiping down of microwaves, counters, and regular table cleanup as scheduled.
• Windows in non-food production areas (lobby, canteen, doors in hallways) to be cleaned as needed.
• Daily mopping of central hallway as needed.
• Daily or Weekly inventory of supplies and ordering per min / max cycle.
• Periodically strip and wax all floors.
• Spreading of ice melt during inclement weather.
• Other special tasks as directed.
