A company is looking for a Bilingual Service Agent I to provide exceptional banking experiences for members through remote interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Process basic remote member transactions and assist with account inquiries and maintenance
Educate members on remote delivery channels and promote their use for convenience
Manage inbound calls effectively to meet service level requirements and ensure member satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Financial industry and / or call center experience preferred but not required
Must be bondable
Proficient in personal computer use and Microsoft Office products
Reliable internet access of at least 50MBPS
