Registered Nurse Telehealth

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide lifestyle management education and support to members through various digital communication methods

Collaborate with the care team, including care coordinators and physicians, to manage patient care

Support medication management and remote patient monitoring for individuals with obesity-related comorbidities

Required Qualifications

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in good standing

Previous experience in home health, pulmonary rehab, cardiac rehab, or bariatric surgery is preferred

Experience in supporting and educating on anti-obesity medications is preferred

Proven experience utilizing motivational interviewing techniques

Must have a home office setup for private conversations and high-speed internet
