We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Welders - Flux Core and / or Mig. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality work and contributing to our success. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Title : Welder - Flux Core and / or Mig

Location : Waco, TX

Pay Range : Typically between $23-$28 / hr

Shift : 2nd Shift (4pm to 2 : 30am Monday through Thursday), Weekend Shift (5am to 5 : 30pm Friday through Sunday)

What's the Job?

• Perform welding tasks using Flux Core and / or Mig welding techniques.
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
