A company is looking for a Private Wealth Assistant to support a Managing Director in Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support including expense management, travel coordination, and calendar management
Monitor and respond to correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality
Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and meeting materials, and manage office supplies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience for a senior executive
Proficiency in technology and systems such as SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Experience in managing calendars, emails, travel, and expense reports
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
