Federal Principal Technical Consultant

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant (Integrations / AI) to provide expert implementation services for federal clients with a focus on integrations and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms

Develop integration strategies and architectures while ensuring adherence to best practices

Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions

Required Qualifications

Active Security Clearance required

At least 8 years of experience in configuration / development for integration technologies

Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification

Extensive experience with integration technologies and SaaS technologies

Understanding of AI models, including Generative AI, and experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities
