Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and compliance requirements.
• Work directly on the manufacturing floor to engage with employees, understand workforce needs, and support operational initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions on HR policies, compliance, and employee development programs.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvements and policy enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
