Senior Contracts Manager
As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will lead the administration and management of the company's most critical and high-value contracts. This role requires advanced expertise in contract negotiation, change management, compliance, and risk management. You will provide strategic guidance to senior management and ensure that all contracts are managed to the highest standards. The candidate must be capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers, operate as the Company's primary contact with multiple customers, and provide effective leadership to a staff of contracts professionals.

Estimated Starting Salary Range : $165,010.21 - $226,889.04. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education / training / certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

This position requires current / active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants.
