Qualifications :

Skills / Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 2 years of work experience is preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Knowledge of retail processes preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must work effectively as part of a team
  • Must be able to use general warehouse tools and equipment
  • Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities :

General Responsibilities

  • Receiving all goods in a timely manner
  • Counting, sorting, pricing all goods
  • Inspecting goods and emailing in all vendor and freight claims
  • Packing goods safely for distribution
  • Help maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Checking off packing slips against goods on that shipment
  • Creating a bill of Lading for all outbound shipments

    • Non-Essential Functions of the Position :

  • Other duties / responsibilities as may be assigned

    • Work Environment : Provided

  • 100% Warehouse Environment

    • Expected

  • To maintain and actively practice proper business ethics
  • Abide by all Hometown Pharmacy Employee Standards of Conduct
  • Complete training and continuing education provided by Hometown Pharmacies

    • Physical Demands

  • Lifting and moving boxes - 50 lbs
  • Climbing ladders,
  • Ability to use pallet jack
  • On your feet for long periods of time
