LPN - Care Center - FT Nights

Empath Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Hours : 7p-7a full-time; End of Week

Location : Cates House

Key Responsibilities :

Assess physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs and coordinate interventions with the RN.

Document services and collaborate with IDT on patient care.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Provide bereavement support and community education.

Participate in team care, ensuring continuity and quality of service.

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications :

Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Valid Florida LPN License & Driver's License.

1+ year of experience preferred.

Valid CPR and IV Therapy certification required.

Post Offer Employment Testing (POET) or Fit for Duty examination.

Required to work in other care centers based on business needs.
