Job Summary :

The Analytical R&D Team within Client’s Crop Protection Discovery and Development organization is seeking an Analytical Technician to support scientists in day-to-day laboratory activities. This role involves assisting in method development, non-GLP and GLP validations, and analytical sample testing. The candidate will contribute to analytical studies by preparing and analyzing samples, maintaining instruments, and ensuring accurate data documentation, while demonstrating strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support ARDT scientists by preparing and analyzing samples of active ingredients, intermediates, impurities, and formulations for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Assist with non-GLP and GLP method validation laboratory experiments.
  • Learn, operate, and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and LC / GC / MS, including basic troubleshooting.
  • Process analytical data, document experiments, and ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and key stakeholders, adapting to changing priorities and urgent project needs.
  • Demonstrate independence and accountability in executing assigned tasks.
  • Comply with Corteva’s Environmental Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) standards and promote a culture of safety.

Required Skills :

  • Proficiency in analytical chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
  • Familiarity with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, LC / GC / MS).
  • Strong data handling, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to safety standards.

    • Education :

    Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
