The Role

The Influencer Marketing Account Manager, internally known as the Program Manager , is a critical client partner role that demonstrates leadership, accountability, business acumen, and vision for Linqia’s key brand clients. The Program Manager leads cross‑functional teams to execute projects that support program delivery and client experience while balancing client, company, and team needs.

A successful Program Manager is collaborative, driven, organized, detail‑oriented, and communicates effectively at all levels. The role requires proficiency in program management, problem solving, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities include end‑to‑end management of influencer marketing programs—from strategic planning through creative execution, delivery, and implementation. Manage program schedules and deliverables, and proactively communicate milestones to cross‑functional team members.

The Program Manager reports to Linqia’s Manager of Strategic Program Management.

What You’ll Do

Manage complex program projects and initiatives to deliver excellent client experiences.

Plan and monitor project schedules; update reports and communicate program status to key stakeholders in weekly status meetings.

Lead pipeline planning and balance project loading with cross‑functional bandwidth to ensure timely delivery.

Lead cross‑functional teams in hand‑offs, post‑mortem reviews, and continuous improvement actions.

Identify improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of program management tools (e.g., Asana) and processes.

Route creative to influencers and clients with clear feedback and timely revisions.

Identify risks early and coordinate with partners to mitigate solutions.

Advocate for efficient processes and help close gaps to improve performance.

Demonstrate ownership and alignment with business goals and internal culture.

Guide clients through the process while maintaining accountability for joint success.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in account, project, or program management; agency experience preferred.

Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to partner across functions to achieve goals.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; able to facilitate cross‑functional meetings.

Strong multi‑tasking and time management skills; ability to troubleshoot issues and prioritize multiple programs.

High energy and flexibility in a dynamic team environment.

Excellent technical skills – Google Sheets / Excel; timeline tracking (Asana preferred).

Bachelor’s degree.

Ability to commute to Linqia’s SF office twice a week.
