What the day will look like

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage assigned fulfillment duties
• Facilitate communication and teamwork across departments to solve operational challenges efficiently
• Maintain department productivity standards and goals
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
• Liaison with other teams within Aon Affinity
• Coordinate document processes between entities, archival and retrieval
• Contribute to process optimization by identifying improvement opportunities and proposing actionable enhancements
• Generate, analyze, and share operational reports to support informed decision-making
• Embrace continuous learning by actively pursuing training and development opportunities

Pay Transparency Laws :

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $30,000 to $40,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
