A company is looking for an Accounting Associate to support the Practice Management Department in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial data, maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries
Manage workflow to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounting transactions
Reconcile bank statements and payroll tax filings, and prepare necessary federal filings
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in accounting
5 or more years of accounting and financial administration experience
Advanced hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop and payroll applications
Proficient in Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
Experience with entering and making payments in Bill.com
